I’m currently reading The Omnivore’s Delimma and am clearly firming up my anti-industrial farming beliefs. However, I’m open to hearing the other side. Here’s the other side… so there are a lot of challenges with stopping the detrimental industrial policies — but it seems to me the obvious conclusion is that farming, no matter how it’s done, for our exploding population, is not sustainable.
