“Sugar Plum Fairy”, played by the Glass Duo from Poland at the Basilica di Santo Stefano in Bologna.

On nice summer days, there’s a guy down at the harbor in old town Alexandria VA that plays a glass harp. His is much more of a ramshackle affair, but it’s entirely worth waiting for him to tune up (by eyedropper) and perform.
