Me: I'm logged in with a primary account, but don't see "Domain Helper" under Internet Access settings. How do I turn it off?
Comcast: Hello Casey, Thank you for contacting Comcast Live Chat Support.  My name is [XXXX].  Please give me one moment to review your information.

Comcast: Welcome to Comcast! How are you doing today?
Me: I'm logged in with a primary account, but don't see "Domain Helper" under Internet Access settings. How do I turn it off?
Comcast: I apologize for the frustration this issue is causing you, Casey.
Me: It's fine, just tell me how I can turn it off, or turn it off for me, please.
Comcast: Just to check if I understand you correctly, you want to enable Domain Helper on your online account, is that correct?
Me: No! I want to turn it OFF.
Comcast: Thank you for the clarification, Casey.
 (wait, provide account information, etc.)
Comcast: You may click on the 'Disable this error service' link found at the top of the page.
 (I explain that it didn't work, because it made me log into my account, and once there, the option that the instructions said would be there wasn't there).
Comcast: Casey, it seems that your connection is intermittent.
Me: Yeah, well my ISP is pretty lousy
